Chateau Beauregard Ducasse Cuvée AD 2020

This Cuvéee Albert Durand is a representative wine from the Graves area, perhaps one of the most balanced in Bordeaux in terms of soil, climate and use of Merlot and Cabernet almost in equal parts. It is a wine that is regularly drunk above its price and provides great pleasure. The Chateau Beauregard Ducasse has 8 hectares of vineyards in Mazeres, south of Langon in the middle of AOC Graves in Bordeaux. It is a property of the Perromat-Duran family for four generations. The vineyard is located in the upper area of a gravel hill, which gives it great insolation. The 8 hectares are planted with Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) and Petit Verdot (10%), vines with ages between 15 and 25 years. The vinification is carried out in steel and the maceration is long (about 30 days). The aging, of about 12 months depending on the vintage, is carried out in a mixture of new Bordeaux barrels, one wine and two wines.
