Order preparation
All orders have a preparation period of 24 working hours in the warehouse, after which the orders will be shipped by the chosen shipping method.
In times of high demand, such as Easter or Christmas, the preparation period may be extended by 24 to 48 working hours.
Package shipment
Domestic shipments are made through the parcel delivery company Nacex. Delivery will take 1 to 2 working days after leaving our warehouse.
Shipments outside Spain will take at least 4-5 working days (depending on the country). And they are made with the company Mail Boxes.
Orders made with payment by bank transfer will not leave our warehouse until the money is received in our account (if you do not make the transfer immediately it may take two working days to arrive) which could delay the arrival of the order from 2 to 3 extra days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges.
No shipments are made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, to ensure that orders do not deteriorate during the weekend in the warehouses of transport companies and that they arrive in the best conditions.
Store pickups are free of charge, once you select this shipping method, the amount will disappear from the cart. You must wait to be notified that your order is ready to pick it up. You will be called by telephone by the responsible of each store.
