*International shipping costs are intended for purchases of up to 12 bottles. If the order exceeds 12 bottles, a supplement of €2/unit will be charged for shipping costs.
Order preparation
All orders have a preparation period of 24 working hours in the warehouse, after which the orders will be sent using the chosen shipping method.
During periods of high demand, such as Easter or Christmas, the preparation period may be extended from 24 to 48 working hours.
Package delivery
National shipments are made through the Nacex parcel company. Delivery will take place 1 to 2 working days after leaving our warehouse.
Shipments made outside Spain will take at least 4-5 working days (depending on the country). And they are made with the company Mail Boxes.
Orders made with payment by bank transfer will not leave the warehouse until the money is received in our account (if you do not make the immediate transfer it may take two working days to arrive, which could delay the arrival of the order by 2 to 3 extra days).
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, to ensure that orders do not deteriorate during the weekend in the warehouses of the transport companies and to ensure that they arrive in the best condition. Therefore, orders placed after Thursday at noon will not leave our warehouse until the following Monday.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs.
In-store collections are free of charge; once this shipping method is selected, the amount will disappear from the cart. You must wait to be notified that your order is ready to be able to pick it up. The managers of each store will call you by phone.
Our recommendation
Our shipping boxes for wine bottles have a capacity for 3 bottles (the small box) and 6 bottles (the large box). Therefore, we recommend making purchases in multiples of these figures (three, six, nine, twelve, fifteen, etc.). This way, the boxes are complete and the possibility of breakage is reduced.
