1. User Registration

To use the services of www.coallagourmet.com, you must register on the website. Registration consists of providing your full name and email address, and confirming your registration via the link we will send you. During the process, you must accept our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Once registered, you can access “My Account,” where you can modify your personal information and shipping address, as well as view pending orders.

2. Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages

Only persons over 18 years of age may purchase alcoholic beverages. Purchases by minors are expressly prohibited.

3. Product Prices

The prices shown on the website include VAT and are expressed in euros (€). For professional clients (HORECA), prices are shown excluding VAT.

4. Payment Methods

You can choose from several options:

- Debit or credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD): Secure payment via virtual POS terminal. www.coallagourmet.com does not have access to your card details, as the transaction is processed directly with your bank.

- Bank transfer: After completing your order, you will receive a pro forma invoice with the bank account details. Please include your order number in the transfer details.

- PayPal: Fast and secure payment from your PayPal account.

- Bizum: Direct and secure payment from your banking app, following the instructions at checkout.

5. Delivery Options

At checkout, you can select the delivery option that best suits you. Some options have an additional cost, and their availability depends on the delivery postal code.

6. Order Confirmation

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with the products purchased, the total price, the selected shipping method, the order date, and your order number. This message confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping information included in this email.

Modifying the Delivery Address:

If you notice that you have entered incorrect information in the delivery address and need to change it, you can call us at +34 984 233 559 or email us at web@coallagourmet.com. We will be able to change the address at no additional cost, provided the order is still being processed.

If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, changing the address may incur an additional charge, especially if it involves a change of city or postal code. However, if only information such as the apartment number or letter is missing, it can be completed at no additional cost while the order is in transit.

Address Responsibility:

Coalla is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We will do everything possible, in conjunction with the shipping company, to attempt to redirect or recover the merchandise in case of error. However, if the order has already been delivered, any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information will be the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

All end consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to justify their decision. This right does not apply to bottles that have been opened, due to the rapid degradation of the wine. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention by sending an email to web@coallagourmet.com indicating your name, address, and order number. Products must be returned properly packaged, and the original packaging may be reused. Once the products have been received and verified, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 calendar days, using the same payment method or another method we agree upon with you.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By completing your registration and placing an order, you expressly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the privacy, cookie, shipping, and return policies associated with our services.
