Coallagourmet.com belongs to Coalla Logística, a company of the Coalla Group dedicated to the import and distribution of wines located in Asturias whose origins date back to 1955. Is it safe to buy at coallagourmet.com?
We have made every effort to achieve maximum security. The economic section of the transaction is carried out within the security systems of RedSYS and coallagourmet.com never gets to have information of your credit card (neither number, nor cvs, nor password). We have also chosen a Safe Trade system for the payment system that adds the maximum security available at the moment. Whatever it takes to get the trust of our clients. Do I have to be a registered customer to buy?
Yes. First, because the sale of wine is prohibited to minors and with your registration you indicate that you meet the legal requirements to buy wine. In addition, registration as a customer will allow you to make new purchases and visits more quickly and comfortably, as well as re-buy products already bought, or give an opinion about the products purchased. To us it will allow us to know better our clients and to send them a periodical newsletter with offers, novelties and discount vouchers.
In addition to sellers, we are online shoppers and we promise not to be heavy mail bombers (we have put a maximum of one pair of emails a week) and, of course, we will never give away our personal data to third parties. We do not do to our clients what we do not like to be made to us. Will it take very long to receive my order?

In addition, from our warehouses we only ship orders from Monday to Wednesday (sometimes on Thursdays if to capital cities of a province in Spain), to try to ensure that the orders more delayed of the week arrive on Friday at their destination and no longer remain in transit during the weekend. Is not it very expensive to transport wine?
Thanks to the transport volumes of the Coalla Group, we managed to keep rates fairly reduced for shipments to Mainland Spain, so that you only have to pay 6 euros for the transport of your order. In addition, if you place an order higher than 90 euros, coallagourmet.com assumes these shipping costs in its margins and you only have to pay for the wine you buy. If you are based out of Spain, we apply the exact cost of shipping. We do not make a dime on transport.
How do I know that I have done the purchase well?
When placing an order you will carry out a series of actions that will take you to a Virtual Point of Sale Terminal (TPV virtual) belonging to RedSYS. After making the payment in the secure environment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. What do I do if I receive an order and there is a breakage?
Even if we use the safest packaging, breaks are a possibility. If, upon receiving the carrier, you perceive that the box is open or that there are symptoms of moisture and crystal sounds inside, please do not accept the order and return it to our warehouse. What do I do if the order does not arrive on time?
Although we use leading transportation agencies in the national and European market, some deadlines may not be met.
