Coalla Gourmet Customer Loyalty Programme

At Coalla Gourmet we have decided to introduce a loyalty programme for our customers. We like our customers to come back to Coalla, so we are going to reward them with 3% of each purchase.

How does the Coalla points system work?

The way it works is simple, with each purchase you will accumulate 3% of the products in the form of points. For example, if you spend €100 in our online shop you will get 300 points which is equivalent to €3. The points will be available when your order reaches the Delivered status.

How can I check my points?

Through the My Account panel you will see an access to Loyalty Points, where you can find the points earned, the points spent and the points available. You can access your loyalty points from here.

Where can I see how many points each product gives me?

From the product page you can see at the top of the product, next to the price, the amount of points earned for each product.

In addition, once you start the process of completing the shopping cart, you will be able to see the points that will be accumulated with your purchase.

How can I use the points?

Once you start the process of completing the order, you will see a small form where you can see the points available for use.

How can I make reviews?

You can only make reviews of products you have purchased in Coseno, to make a review you must log in to our website and from the My Account menu you can access My Reviews, if you are already logged into our online shop you can access from the following link

Once inside the section of My Reviews you can see a carousel of products that you have purchased, but not evaluated, to evaluate them just click on the button ‘Give your opinion on this product!’, this will show you a form where you can evaluate your experience in Carlitos Baby.

How do I see if my review has been approved?

To see the status of your reviews you must log in to our website and access the My Account section, once you are there you will see a table with the products you have purchased and evaluated. The table will have several columns, the last one being the status column, you will see a green tick if the review is approved or, on the contrary, if the review has not been approved yet or has been rejected you will see a red cross.
