Chateau Beauregard Ducasse Blanc is a white wine made by Albert Perromat with the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon varieties from his own vineyards located in the AOC Graves, Bordeaux, France.
In Graves there are white wines of great tradition, normally made with these two varieties that are also typical of the Sauternes. They give rise to fresh wines but with a certain substance typical of austere gravel soils. It's called """" Graves """" for a reason. This wine is traditionally vinified, at a regulated temperature, and is aged on its fine lees for eight months, in steel, to preserve the varietal aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc. Try it with salads or a scorpion cake.
