Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance:
A 100% refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance:
No cash refund will be given, but a voucher for the full value of the booking will be issued. This voucher can be used on our website for future bookings or purchases and will be valid for one year.

Cancellations on the day of the event or no-shows:
No refunds or vouchers will be issued.
