It spends more than 5 years in oak barrels, which provides a smooth and liquor touch. It is a balanced vinegar, reminiscent of a Muscat, so we recommend to dress dishes that contain fruit, or directly improve a fresh fruit salad with a few drops, intensifying its flavor.
