Next Wednesday, June 17th, we welcome Andrea Magi, master affineur of the prestigious De’Magi cheeses, from Italy, to guide us through a very special tasting where cheese and wine will speak the same language.
An exclusive evening where we will discover the art of artisanal aging with one of its leading figures, learning how time, texture, and maturation transform each cheese into a unique piece.
During the experience, Andrea will lead a selection of De’Magi cheeses carefully chosen to pair with some of our finest wines, seeking the perfect balance between intensity, freshness, creaminess, and character. A journey of flavors designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, glass by glass and bite by bite.
This tasting will have limited seating. Ideal for wine and cheese lovers, and those seeking authentic experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Important: As this is an experience with an Italian speaker, some explanations may be given in English when necessary if the language presents a barrier to their delivery in Spanish.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance:
A 100% refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance:
No cash refund will be given, but a voucher for the full value of the booking will be issued. This voucher can be used on our website for future bookings or purchases and will be valid for one year.
Cancellations on the day of the event or no-shows:
No refunds or vouchers will be issued.
By confirming your booking, you expressly accept this cancellation policy.
