Grapes from the Treval area, on the hillside of the town of Rubiá, under the limestone “Serra da Enciña da Lastra”, one of the seven natural parks in Galicia.
Wine from a hillside plot at 450 m. altitude, about 35 years old, calcareous soil of limestone origin and southern exposure. Harvest in boxes of no more than 15 kg meticulously selected, fermentation with spontaneous yeasts and controlled temperature in a 500-liter French oak barrel. Aging on fine lees for 9 months.
