Alba is the personal project of Fernando Angulo, a lover of wines and, especially of Champagne, who began a peculiar path a few years ago in search of the perfect natural wine. The Alba are wines without additives, the only ones from Marco de Jerez. There are no ancestrals on the market that are old, that stand the test of time and so much rhyme. Also nothing like a natural chamomile was ever made in the Marco perhaps in history. Flor 2021 is a calm wine, without bubbles, even though it has a veneer. It comes from the La Charanga vineyard, which Fermando has worked for the last eight years without adding any type of chemical product, including sulfur and copper. Late harvest, picked a month later than usual, mid-September, very ripe grape with many raisins. The wine actually has about 15% vol, although the label says 13% and there is also an error in the content that says 37.5 cl. We apologize on behalf of Fernando but, if you know him, he is like that. The wine spent 7 months in very old manzanilla casks, then it was bottled on April 24, 2022.
