Description

The Riesling GC Furstentum is a fatty wine, with notes of candied fruit, ginger and spices at a reasonable price for the quality. Especially interesting is its comparison with the other GC of the winery in Riesling (the GC Schlossberg) to understand the concept of terroir and how the granite component of the Grand Cru Schlossberg gives a more mineral wine while the alluvial component of the Grand Cru Furstentum provides more volume.
