More and more, Selbach-Oster is vinifying more and more dry wines and this wine is a good touchstone.RP92 The Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese Trocken 2018 is bright and fresh, but shows a ripe and intense nose with a delicately crisp slate aroma. Crystal clear and spicy on the palate, this is a juicy, round and persistently salty Riesling with some minty notes on the long, spicy and currently slightly dry finish.
