Description
Vidonia is the name that the white wines received in Tenerife in the 17th century, much appreciated in the United Kingdom and the West Indies. Following that tradition, Suertes del Marqués produces his Vidonia with Listán Blanco accompanied by a proportion of Gual, Marmajuelo and Vijariego Blanco vidueño. Whole clusters are pressed, the must is transferred to 500-liter French oak barrels and the fertilization is done with native yeast. After ten months of aging, it is bottled without filtering. The wine seduces us by its aromatic finesse, which is also reflected in the mouth. However, it is not without power, so it has a balance that seems typical of a great wine.
