Eulogio Pomares already signs his wines like this Maceración con Pieles, an orange wine from Salnés. There is nothing. And what is an orange wine? Well, an orange wine is a wine that comes from a white grape (Albariño in this case) but that has macerated with the skins for a long period of time, during which the wine follows part of the path that a red would follow (it is in that maceration in which the reds acquire their color, since the pulp of the grapes is white in ninety-nine percent of the grape varieties)... and acquires that bright color that makes us call them -orange wines-. Well that's Skins. An orange wine, from Albariño, from Salnés, and from Eulogio Pomares. Very limited.
