Description
Komokabras Verde 2019 is the 100% Albariño monovarietal produced by José Crusat in the family winery Entre os Ríos in Rías Baixas, the result of a maceration prior to soft pressing, wild yeasts and a mixture of must fermentations in two different tanks, one of they worked on lees and malolactic fermentation, the other did not. Complex, fresh and slightly glyceric wine.

The Entre os Ríos winery is located in Pobra do Caramiñal, on the slopes of the Barbanza river peninsula, on the north side of the Arosa estuary, the geographic center of the Rías Baixas. The aim from the beginning is to make wines that reflect the terrain, where the influence of granite rocks and schists of the Barbanza massif, water, ocean and climate, mark the profile of the wines.
