Whole pressing and subsequent fermentation in 1200 liter chestnut fudres, which is followed by an aging of eight months in wood and three in the bottle.

Eulogio Pomares makes this Parcelarios I with Albariño from the Castrelo estate in Cambados, in an area near the mouth of the Umia with Atlantic influence, of poor soils with granitic xabres that was planted 70 years ago. Whole pressing and subsequent fermentation in 1200 liter chestnut fudres, which is followed by an aging of eight months in wood and three in the bottle. The wine has not performed the malolactic to preserve acidity and retain all possible freshness.
