A fresh wine that is made exclusively with Verdejo from the province of Segovia. In 60% it is a very old grape, prefiloxérica ungrafted, and 40% is young grape itself, trellised planting, cultivated with ecological certificate and low yield. They dominate plots with high contents of sand and pebbles of different sizes. Some have higher proportions of clay and other important proportions of clay and limestone. Foudre and barrel elaborations are added to give it greater complexity.
