Brisat is a white wine made with Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo from vineyards located in Montsant, whose soils are clayey and sandy. Fermentation is with whole bunches, without destemming and using native yeasts. The maceration is with the skins, which makes it look like an "orange wine" due to its color and character. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and it is the lack of oak that makes the Mediterranean characteristics of the Montsant shine. Dominik Huber began his career in the world of wine in 1996 together with the Pérez family, owners of Mas Martinet. But it was not until 2007 when he decided to settle in Torroja and start his Terroir al Limit project together with the viticulturist Jaume Sabaté. His goal is for each bottle to authentically reveal unique places in Priorato. His wines are focused on gastronomy, to be enjoyed with family and friends.
