Ónra Blanc is made by the Lagravera winery, with 85% Garnacha Blanca and 15% Sauvignon Blanc from Vinya Núria, on a land of boulders from the Noguera Ribagorçana river and sand mixed with some gypsum. The fermentation of the varieties is carried out separately, in stainless steel and with wild yeasts. The aging is done with battonage of its lees. A floral and citrus wine, with a certain mineral and saline touch, which reflects the varietal biodiversity and the hard work of the winery to give life to a soil from which, in the past, only gravel had been obtained.

Description
Ónra Blanc is made by the Lagravera winery, with 85% Garnacha Blanca and 15% Sauvignon Blanc from Vinya Núria, on a land of boulders from the Noguera Ribagorçana river and sand mixed with some gypsum. The Arnó family planted a vineyard on poor soil, where a gravel pit was formerly located, with the intention of recovering the vineyard and the existing wine tradition in the area located between the Pyrenees and the Ebro Valley, where Serra Larga stands, which forms part of the longest gypsum mountain chain in Europe, a characteristic that is expressed in the freshness and salinity of the wines that Lagravera produces.
