Description
Integrated since 2012, within the Cangas del Narcea area (Principality of Asturias). The Escolinas project is the essence of an area of great potential, in which its fresh and direct wines are demanded by gastronomy. With the intention that fans can enjoy unique and charismatic wines, they mainly work with native varieties such as Albarín in whites and Carrasquín, Verdejo and Albarín Negro in reds. This wine has its origin in the highest levels and steepest slopes that surround the village of Cangas del Narcea. Vineyards of more than 60 years and floors of slate, limestone and clay. He remains with his fine lees and aging in 500 liter used French oak barrels for six months. No malolactic fermentation. A unique wine that combines the perfume and freshness of the Albarín Blanco autochthonous variety with the nerve and the potential that the austere Asturian climate confers.
