La Sillería belong to the Parajes del Infierno project, by Beatriz Herranz de Barco del Corneta. It is a 100% Verdejo from a small plot located in Alcazarén on sandy soil, with spontaneous fermentation in 500-litre barrels and aged on its lees for 12 months. Before bottling, a deposit remains for about four months.

La Sillería belong to the Parajes del Infierno project, by Beatriz Herranz de Barco del Corneta. It is a 100% Verdejo from a small plot located in Alcazarén on sandy soil, with spontaneous fermentation in 500-litre barrels and aged on its lees for 12 months. Before bottling, a deposit remains for about four months. La Sillería refers to the chair that the former owner of the plot used to place as its boundary, and which also served to sit down and rest.
