She wants to stop doing the way she has done, and we are trying to convince her not to abandon that formula: wine has made us fall in love. It ferments and macerates, with skins, in a jar, and transfers it to Oloroso boots. The result is a wine that smells and tastes like wine and not apple. An unforgettable wine.

Inma Badillo is a private winemaker and winemaker. He is not moved by money, his activity is almost altruistic with what he pockets per year from the billing of the few bottles he produces, he does not give to cover expenses. What does he live on? Of the wine, of course! but collaborate in other wineries that allow you to maintain a necessary standard of living. This is the story of a return to his grandfather's land, by Felipe El Caminero. San Felices de los Gallegos (Salamanca) is the town where she grew up and where she forged her dream of becoming a winegrower. His headache is how to take care of the vineyards that they offer to the neighbors, almost free of charge, so that they take care of them and get the best out of them.
