Baion nos presenta en este Gran a Gran su "vendimia tardía". Racimos que se dejan en viñedo afectados por la podedumbre noble y su posterior recogida a mano " grano a grano" de la bayas pasificadas en el viñedo. la fermetación se para en 18 gramos de azucar, por frio. Posterior crianza de 2 meses en barrica de roble francés . Un año de botella, antes de salir de bodega. Un vino sorprendente por su acidez y dulzor, dentro de la D.O. Rias Baixas, la cula no permite vino dulce.
