- Belisario Vigneti B 2020
Vignetti B is the great organic wine from Cantine Belisario. A white made from the Verdicchio variety on the estate called Tenuta di Serre Alte, on top of a hill, about 400 meters above sea level. Here the breeze blows continuously keeping the grapes dry and in perfect health without the need for treatment.

Here the breeze blows continuously keeping the grapes dry and in perfect health without the need for treatment. It is nature working for the ideal wine. Harvested by hand, it is fresh, vertical, with minerality and cleanliness both on the nose and in the mouth. Ideal with fish and shellfish although it is not ruled out with poultry and white meats.
Cantine Belisario is a winery founded in 1971 with a social origin in the commune of Matelica in Italy. Today they work 100 hectares in property and another 200 with long-term contracts with up to 150 partners of the winery. It so happens that the winery is proud to say that all the vineyards are less than ten minutes from the place where the wine is made. The Alta Valle Esina, where Matelica is located, faces the Adriatic and is east of Rome. It is a pioneer winery in certification and in 2002 they began with the organic conversion of the vineyard, which today reaches 24 hectares.
The Alta Valle Esina enjoys a continental climate in terms of the range of temperatures throughout the year, but with a Mediterranean influence in terms of the number of hours of sunshine. It is an ideal setting for growing Verdicchio, which is bottled here under the Verdicchio di Matelica appellation of origin.
