The first thing you notice is the golden yellow, almost orange color. In addition, the nose is characterized by forest honey and acacia. Add a little orange zest. Then an earthy, peaty component, almost whiskey-like. Awesome. This is also confirmed in the mouth; a puff of whiskey on top, peat. Also, great ripe fruit, sweet melon and also pear freshness along with orange and lemon sprinkles. Impressively unconventional finish. An unusual and little known white wine. Reminiscent of amphora and biodynamic wines fermented in skins. An extremely exciting entry-level wine that can certainly compete with the quality of other European organic wines.
