Elisabetta Foradori
Foradori Manzoni Fontanasanta 2019
- Vino Blanco
On the nose we have intense tones of stone fruit, honey, melon, green apricot, stone salt and even a touch of fragrant beeswax. Extremely juicy on the palate, yellow and red apples, citrus zest, some jasmine, elderflower, a playful but intense finish. Here we also have dried apricots, toasted walnuts and a dry minerality. The wine is aged in acacia barrels for 12 months

The Dolomites. A ski paradise, the last brown bear reserve in Central Europe, as well as a hiking idyll amid a multitude of mountain lakes. Thanks to revolutionaries of the caliber of an Elisabetta Foradori, the Italian province of Trentino also has a lot to offer in culinary and gastronomic terms. For Elisabetta Foradori, quality is more important than quantity. Lots of salt and high acidity results in a different Barolo style.
