La Orquesta 2018 has undergone a transformation and has incorporated new elements accompanying the original Verdejo that comes from La Moraña in the surroundings of Rueda. Albillo Real and Garnacha Blanca, coming from Cebreros (Ávila), are the traveling companions in a ratio of 40/40/20. All this grown organically and aged in concrete, wooden casks and clay jars. A medley that achieves a very personal and pleasant wine with a good life ahead of it. RP93

Jesús Soto, Chuchi, is an old dog when it comes to wine. Before he was a cook, he was a friar and you can tell when dealing with him. He knows what is going on. He was one of the pioneers in organizing a modern and efficient distribution through his fantastic Valladolid store "Pecados Originales". That pioneering philosophy was the one that gave rise to promoting the SotoManrique wine project, which started with the Naranjas Azules rosé of impeccable invoice. A Grenache that seeks its sources in the Cebreros area (Ávila) and through the cooperative that it manages is consolidating a project of great wines.
