Description
With a more marked minerality and greater weight in the mouth, it is perhaps the most complex wine in the series. It comes from traditional pit vineyards located in the "Morro de la Virgen", it is a coupage of old vineyards of Listán Blanco, Malvasía Volcánica and Diego. The vineyards in which Masdache is made are owned by Ascension Robayna, a Canarian very involved with the ecosystem. Tread of grapes in traditional winery, before pressing it. Fermented with native yeasts without filtering or clarifying.

Puro Rofe is one of the winemaking projects that have attracted our attention in recent years. Its history originates with the eruption of the Timanfaya volcanoes that, in the mid-18th century, covered a third of the island with a rain of volcanic ashes that the locals call Rofe. Let's join the opportunity, causality and its people, who are the true supporters of a unique terrain. Let's add the return to its origins of an experienced winemaker (Carmelo) as an orchestra conductor and the persistence of a hipster canary in the search for a wine that expresses the character of an island like Lanzarote. It is none other than Rayco, the visible face of the project. The musicians of this beautiful story are a handful of winemakers, namely: Ascension, Vicente, Pedro, Olegario, Carlos and Ricardo.
