Viña Albina introduces Rueda Verdejo. Made in the Reguilón and Valdeculebro vineyards in Rueda and Los Tordos and Almendreras in La Seca, poor pebbled soils. Harvested at night so that grapes enter the cellar in perfect sanitary condition. Vinified with a prefermentative cold maceration and a very soft pressing to obtain the cleanest possible juice. After fermentation it spends three months on its lees. Fruity and slightly tropical with varietal notes such as fennel and chamomile. The palate is fruity and has that trademark bitterness of Verdejo. An authentic eveready white from one of the great wineries in our country.
