Due to the small production, we are forced to establish a maximum limit of 1 bottle per customer. Thanks for understanding. Diego grape produced in the traditional holes of the Lanzarote vineyard located in Finca Mota, by Vicente Torres. It is made from whole clusters with a soft pressing, to ferment in a boot that has contained chamomile, a wine as unique as it is surprising. Puro Rofe is one of the winemaking projects that have attracted our attention in recent years. Its history originates with the eruption of the Timanfaya volcanoes that, in the mid-18th century, covered a third of the island with a rain of volcanic ashes that the locals call Rofe. Let's join the opportunity, causality and its people, who are the true supporters of a unique terrain. Let's add the return to its origins of an experienced winemaker (Carmelo) as an orchestra conductor and the persistence of a hipster canary in the search for a wine that expresses the character of an island like Lanzarote. It is none other than Rayco, the visible face of the project. The musicians of this beautiful story are a handful of winemakers, namely: Ascension, Vicente, Pedro, Olegario, Carlos and Ricardo.

100% Baboso Negro. Probably the reference wine of the winery. 15-year-old vineyards planted, once again, on volcanic soil with sand mixtures. Fermented in concrete with the minimum intervention for 16 days, and after a soft pressing, it passed to fudre new of 15 hl and to a 300 liter used barrel to stay for 13 months. Intense and very rare aromatic...
Saline wine, with an unusual iodized memory that brings the breeze from the Atlantic, so present in all the wines of the Puro Rofe project. It is a monovarietal of Volcanic Malvasia from sand-blasted vineyards (rectangular vineyards with rofe in the middle) located near the sea and belonging to the brothers Ricardo and Olegario Cabrera.
Monsieur Descombes experiments, in the good way. This a Beaujolais on the skins made with Chardonnay of calcareous clay soils, which he destems and then macerates for 15 days, after which it performs a pressing to begin fermentation. The wine is aged for six months in barrels and foudres
With a more marked minerality and greater weight in the mouth, it is perhaps the most complex wine in the series. It comes from traditional pit vineyards located in the "Morro de la Virgen", it is a coupage of old vineyards of Listán Blanco, Malvasía Volcánica and Diego. The vineyards in which Masdache is made are owned by Ascension Robayna, a Canarian...
Listán Negro, from the traditional holes of the Lanzarote vineyard located in Finca Mota. Pedro Umpiérrez and Ascensión Robayna cultivate and safeguard this living and unrepeatable heritage. The wine is made from different vinifications that Carmelo Peña, winemaker of the project, handles with great success.
