Listán Sanluqueña (the name given in Sanlucar to the original clone of Palomino) bush-shaped vines that are over 100 years old with the old frame. Fermented in a vat and aged for 10 months in a 500-litre cask (4 of them with biological ageing). No added sulphites throughout the process. Unfiltered and unclarified. 12.4% vol.
