Atrium Chardonnay 2024 at Coalla Gourmet
The Atrium Chardonnay 2024 is Bodegas Torres' interpretation of this French variety, perfectly adapted to the soils and climate of the Penedès region. This wine pays homage to the area's long winemaking tradition, with an approachable, flavorful style that remains true to the typical characteristics of Mediterranean Chardonnay.
Made from a careful selection of grape bunches, it ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and rests for six months on its lees. This process adds greater volume on the palate and a more enveloping texture without sacrificing freshness. The nose is clean and fruity, with notes of ripe white fruit and subtle creamy nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, ample, and very pleasant, with a silky texture and a harmonious finish.
