Wine from the other part of the estate in the area of Pazos de Monterrei, slate and clay soils. Cold maceration for 48 hours, pressing and light racking of the thick lees, then the fermentation begins with its own yeasts in stainless steel tank, then pass to an oval fudre of 1500 L and 500 L french oak barrel of several wines The lees are removed for two months and subsequently kept in the fudre and the barrel for 8 months, to be transferred to an stainless steel tank in which it remains 3 months, from which it is directly bottled. Stays in bottle during 12 months.
