White wine from Pago Campix, in the municipality of El Puerto de Santa María. Barajuela albariza soils. Fermented in stainless steel and then aged for six months in used American and French casks. Aged lightly under a veil of flor. Production of fewer than 3,000 bottles. Vinos Según Cede is the brand that hides the wines from the backroom cellar of Taberna der Guerrita in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Manuel Guerra, founder of the now essential Taberna in 1978, a winemaker before a tavern owner and father of the tireless Armando Guerra, is in charge of the winery. Thank goodness it all started as entertainment... but that's what happens when you do things with passion. They have 6 hectares of their own vineyards in Pago de Campix, located in El Puerto de Santa María, and an additional hectare in the Mahína estate in Sanlúcar. They produce their own wine for solera blending, experimenting with vintages, and creating Pasto wines. Until now, all of their production was destined for the tavern, but now a small portion is being used for marketing.
