Following the tradition of the old second-year whites from the Barrio de la Estación, it hits the market at harvest time, when it begins its second year in the cellar. He is, therefore, a white aged, both in barrels and tanks as well as in the bottle. Gómez Cruzado's white wants to respond to a more Burgundian style, trying to show more the qualities of the payment, than the varietal expression.
