Riesling GC Schlossberg is a rectilinear wine, markedly mineral, with an incredible acidity that gives it a nervous character and exceptional tension. The comparison with the Riesling GC Furstentum seems to us ideal to understand the concept of the terroir and how the granitic component of the Grand Cru Schlossberg gives a more mineral wine while the alluvial component of the Grand Cru Furstentum provides more volume.
