Gorka Izagirre is a family project that evolves around the vineyard. Bertol Izagirre commands very current elaborations, with special emphasis on working with the local Hondarrabia Zerratia variety. The entry wine tries to reflect, seamlessly, what a Vizcaino Txakoli should be: fresh, cheerful, aromatic and with structure. Something basic but difficult to find with the balance that Bertol manages. The grapes come from the 21 hectares that the Izagirres own in 10 parcels distributed among 7 municipalities.
