Montenovo is a mountain wine that takes us to the mountainous landscape of Valdeorras, where the highest peaks in Galicia are located.Made with grapes from different vineyards located throughout the valley, all planted on high-altitude blue slate slopes, the wine masterfully combines the freshness of the Godello variety's fruit purity with the minerality of the slate soils of the mountains of Valderorras.Endowed with a heady aromatic intensity, it displays an extraordinary balance and a minerality that extols its refreshing natural acidity. Full of pure and fresh flavors of the Godello variety, the blue slate soils give it character, richness and saline minerality with vibrant acidity, being able to develop extraordinary nuances after aging in the bottle.
