An excellent value for money, La Vieille Ferme Blanc is the white that will accompany us from the most informal aperitif to an unpretentious but pleasant meal. It is fruity and slightly crunchy. The set of grapes is harvested in their expected and sought after maturity, when they arrive at the winery, they are pressed by means of a pneumatic press. After sedimentation, the must ferments in tanks at a controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until bottled. A white that does what it promises, good taste at a good price.
