The result is a wine of great intensity and finesse—powerful yet subtle—layered with nuances of licorice, spices, and gentle notes of esparto grass, derived from a delicate touch of flor aging. On the palate, it is vibrant, savory, and complex, combining freshness with depth and refinement.
