Macharnudo San Cayetano is an unfortified white wine crafted by Willy Pérez and Ramiro Ibáñez from old Palomino vines rooted in the historic Macharnudo vineyard, in the San Cayetano paraje of Jerez.Sourced from a plot with varied exposures, this bottling comes from the north-facing slope, which imparts a distinctive freshness and elegance to its naturally concentrated character. The result is a wine of great intensity and finesse—powerful yet subtle—layered with nuances of licorice, spices, and gentle notes of esparto grass, derived from a delicate touch of flor aging. On the palate, it is vibrant, savory, and complex, combining freshness with depth and refinement.
