Description

Luis Seabra Granito Cru Dao is a white wine made by Luis Seabra with the Encruzado, Bical and Sercial varieties in the Serra da Estrela belonging to the Portuguese Dao. It is a wine from a plot planted 35 years ago on sandy granite soils, with a density between 4,500 and 5,000 plants per hectare.

The wine ferments with native yeasts, ferments in large barrels and is aged for one year in used 500-litre barrels, followed by refinement in stainless steel prior to bottling.

It is great with grilled fish, shellfish, creamy sauces, any buttery dish including risottos or aged cheeses.
