Verdelho Original is an autochthonous grape from the Azores and Madeira that is related neither to the Verdelho of the Peninsular Portugal, nor to the Spanish Verdejo, nor even to the Godello as many times it has been believed. It is a 100% original variety that, in this case, is grown on three of the Azores islands. The wine is harvested manually in boxes of 20 kilos and the fermentation is carried out in tanks of between 600 and 1000 liters, without the aging of the wood. All volcanic freshness.
