Another rarity of Carlos Esteva. We do not know very well where this good man would cross the Incrocio Manzoni grape, but this hybrid of Riesling and Pinot Blanc obtained by Professor Luigi Manzoni in Veneto almost a century ago. In the words of Jancis Robinson, this variety gives rise to exuberant and full-bodied wines, with a great intensity of notes of honey, jasmine, orange peel and verbena. Carlos harvests this variety by hand, ferments it spontaneously and refines it in the bottle for two years so that it reaches us at its point of enjoyment.
