Description

New UBE, from the payment of Paganilla of just over 23 hectares. Paganilla has always been in the hands of small winegrowers, being one of the payments that have a smaller size per owner. For this new UBE Paganilla they have worked with two small vineyards, one 60 years old in the highest part of the payment and the other somewhat younger in the extreme south. Paganilla is after Maína the payment with the highest fossil content, with abundant albarizas de barajuelas and tosca cerrada. These conditions together with its location as the last Atlantic payment give it a much more pronounced structure than all the payments that make up the Atlantic block. Paganilla stands as a magnificent disciple serving as an introduction to the mighty Maína, as it happens in turn between Miraflores and El Carrascal.
