Description UBE Caserío de Miraflores Alta 2023 from Cota?45 (Cadiz VT) is made from 100% Palomino Fino grown on albariza soils. Whole-cluster pressed and aged 9 months under flor in sherry casks. It shows delicate aromas of yeast, white florals, and marked salinity. The palate is fresh, dry, and minerally driven—an excellent gastronomic white for shellfish, fish, or salads.
