Description

Pago Mota is a single varietal of Chardonnay, it comes from vineyards at high altitudes in La Mancha, with very low yields. It is harvested by hand, with an exhaustive selection of the bunches. They are lightly pressed to keep the grapes fresh, decanted overnight and put in French oak barrels with aging on lees for 70 days. We recommend opening it as an aperitif, and enjoying it accompanied by creamy cheeses and soft fish. It has a certain unctuousness very balanced with its acidity.

A Chateau Manchego that was discovered in 1997 by Florentino Arzuaga who, attracted by the idea of ??looking for olive trees and making oil in Toledo, comes face to face with a precious payment where an exceptional Cencibel is born. There, in the middle of that La Solana estate, stands the winery where Pago Florentino has been made since then.
