Navazos Niepoort 2023 is crafted from Palomino Fino grapes grown in Macharnudo Alto, Jerez. Fermented in oak casks with native yeasts, it aged 8–10 months under a veil of flor at its natural 12% alcohol, with no spirit added. Production includes 4,700 bottles and 450 magnums. Tasting reveals saline, citrus, and nutty aromas, and a fresh, balanced, long finish. Parker awarded it 93 points for its finesse and authenticity
