Gran Viña Sol is a celebratory white wine produced by Bodegas Torres in the Penedès region. It is made primarily from Chardonnay, blended with a small percentage of Parellada, and undergoes partial fermentation in Limousin oak barrels followed by aging on the lees for approximately six months.
The result is an elegant and complex white, pale golden yellow in color, with fresh notes of tropical fruit (passion fruit, mango) and herbal nuances such as fennel, along with fine lactic and spicy notes from the barrel. The palate is creamy and balanced with a lingering finish.
