Can Ràfols dels Caus Terraprima Blanco 2023 is an organic white wine from the Penedès D.O., made with a blend of 70% Xarel·lo, 20% Macabeo, and 10% Moscatel de Frontignan. From the Massís del Garraf region, this wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and 20% of the Xarel·lo ferments in 425-liter chestnut barrels, adding complexity.
On the nose, it presents aromas of ripe pear, apricot, and herbal notes. On the palate, it is structured and complex, with notes of mountain herbs and a distinctive minerality that leads to a flavorful finish.
